Using Versions

All the previous versions of the project are listed in the Versions pane. You can also open Versions dialog to see the list of earlier versions. In the File menu, point to Version and then click Version List...

To view the version, click View either in the Versions pane toolbar or in the Version dialog. The earlier version of the project will be open in a separate Lingobit Localizer window.

To save the current version of the project, in the File menu, point to Version and then click New Version..., or click Save Now in the Versions pane toolbar. You can add comments to the version of the project.

The versions of the project file are saved in the project home directory in the Versions folder. Each version is, in its turn, saved in a separate folder named after the date and time of the version. The version package consists of the Lingobit Localizer file, the translation memory file (.loc_tm) and the text document that contains comments to the version.
