Navigation pane
The navigation panel is a docking panel placed in the left part of the
main window by default.
The navigation panel contains information about the files and resources
within the project. All the resources are displayed in the navigation
panel as a tree structure. Select the item in the navigation panel to
see the translation of this resource in the translation editor pane. You
can expand the item to see information about each resource separately.
If you right-click the item in the navigation tree, the shortcut menu
is displayed. You can apply the commands of the shortcut menu to the selected
item.
For example, you can set the Locked
status for the elements of all dialogs within the file. Right-click the
dialog item in the navigation panel. In the shortcut menu, point to Status and then click Set
Locked. The Locked
status will only be set for all dialog elements of the file.
To collapse all the items in the navigation tree, click Collapse
All in the View menu or
right-click the file name and then select Collapse
All in the shortcut menu.
To hide the navigation panel, click close on the panel, or clear Navigation Panel box in the View
menu.
To auto hide the navigation panel, click auto hide on the panel.
By default, the navigation panel displays only the names of the files
within the project. If you want the full path to the files to be displayed,
select Options... in the Tools menu and then check the appropriate
box in the Options dialog.
