Exchange wizard: Create Exchange Package

The creation of an exchange file consists of the following steps.

1. Select the type of the file you want to export.

You can export a single project file, as well as a project file with Lingobit Localizer Translator Lite package. Select Project File to export a single project file, or Project File with Lingobit Localizer Translator Setup to export the whole package.

Then click Next.

2. Select the languages and files to export.

Check the languages you want to export in the left pane. In the right pane, check the necessary files and resources. By default, all resources are selected.

Then click Next.

3. Insert additional information and custom files (whole package only).

If you choose to export the whole Translator Setup package, you can enter comments for the recipient of the package. Type the necessary information in the appropriate field.

To insert custom files into the package, click Add. The selected files are listed in the appropriate pane. To remove selected files from the list, click Remove.

Click Next to go to the next page.

4. Type the file name. Protect the package by entering a password (whole package only).

Type the name of the exported file in the File name field.

You can protect the exported package by a password. Enter the password in the Password field. Re-type your password in the field below. Leave the entries blank if you do not want to protect the file package.

Then click Next.

5. Click Finish to create an exchange file.
